    Weston Courier Servics - Terms & Conditions of Service

    1. Definitions

    • “Company” refers to Weston Courier Services.

    • “Customer” refers to the person or company requesting courier services.

    • “Consignment” refers to the parcel(s) or goods being transported.

    • “Service” refers to the collection, transportation, and delivery of consignments.

    2. Service Scope

    • The Company provides local and national courier services for documents, parcels, and freight.

    • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

    3. Booking & Payment

    • Bookings must be made via phone/email/website.

    • Full payment is required before or after service completion, unless agreed otherwise.

    • Additional charges may apply for waiting time, redelivery, special handling, tolls, congestion and ULEZ.

    4. Liability & Insurance

    • The Company takes reasonable care in handling consignments but is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

    • Additional insurance coverage is available upon request for high-value items.

    5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

    • The following items are not accepted: hazardous materials, illegal goods, and perishable items.

    • The Customer is responsible for ensuring the consignment complies with legal and safety regulations.

    6. Delivery & Failed Deliveries

    • Deliveries will be made to the address provided. If the recipient is unavailable, a redelivery fee may apply.

    • The Company is not responsible for incorrect address details provided by the Customer.

    7. Cancellation & Refunds

    • Cancellations must be made 24 hours before the scheduled pickup to avoid a cancellation fee.

    • Refunds are issued at the Company’s discretion and do not apply to failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

    8. Claims & Complaints

    • Any claims for loss or damage must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

    • The Company will investigate claims but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

    9. Governing Law

    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of thr United Kingdom .

    10. Changes to Terms

    • The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The latest version will be available at www.westoncouriers.co.uk
